Bedlinen and towels are included one-time.
Also included are electricity, warm water and heating, as well as the value
added tax (VAT).
According to the decision of The Federal Court of Justice of Germany (Az. I
ZR 291/89 of June 6, 1991), travel agencies as well as tenants of vacation
rentals are obligated to quote final prices in their advertisement. Therefore we
explicitly state the ancillary one-off service fee (final cleaning, bedding and
towels: 25,- EUR) to be optional. If a customer does not wish the one-off
service fee of 25,- EUR to be included in the final price, the following rules
apply: Bedding and towels are to be brought by the customer. On the day of
departure the whole Apartment is to be thoroughly cleaned by the customer and
must be approved by one of our employees! The following policy applies: The
apartment must be left exactly the way it was found upon arrival.
