1. Check-in:
Once you know your travel details, please inform us of your estimated time of arrival via E-mail. You can find directions to your apartment by using the Link "Directions to the Apartment" on the Apartment Site. Upon arrival in Berlin it is best to give us a call. We will then meet you either at the S-Bahn station, or at the given address of your apartment, as you wish.

Check-in from 4:00 pm
Check-out by 12:00 noon

Of course we always try to meet the individual needs of our customers regarding time of arrival and departure.

2. Key-handover:
First we will show you the apartment, everything will be explained, and any questions will be answered. Furthermore you will receive information about the neighbourhood, events, etc. Finally you will receive the keys for your Berlin accommodation.

3. Payment:
After inspecting the apartment and receipt of keys, the previously agreed on price should be paid in cash by the customer. You also have the option of a (online-) bank transfer by using the account-data given in the category Contact.
For reservations more than 4 weeks prior to arrival we are asking a deposit of 20% of the total price. For any deposits we offer payment either by bank transfer or via Paypal. Paypal is very convenient and absolutely free for you.
Unfortunately, we can′t accept credit cards or checks.
